Het nu aangeboden boek is de 3e editie van 2013 waarin de laatste updates zijn verwerkt als het gaat om Kinesio Taping applicaties. Dit boek is opgedeeld in secties waarin precies omschreven wordt welke techniek er is gebruikt en met welke tape vorm gewerkt werd. Tapevormen zijn bv. Y vorm, I vorm, Webcut, Donuthole, Fancut.
